MC Hammer

Celebrity Doll Museum

The MC Hammer celebrity doll was manufactured by Mattel in 1991.  MC Hammer was known for his hit record  “U Can’t Touch This”,  flamboyant dance techniques, and trademark Hammer pants.   His doll series came in two outfits and was one of the first dolls with hair carving styling.

MC Hammer at the 1991 Toy Fair with his Barbie. He donated his proceeds from the doll to the MC Hammer Help the Children Foundation for underprivileged children.
