The Art Carney celebrity doll depicts him as the character Ed Norton, the upstairs neighbor and sewer worker, who starred with Jackie Gleason on the Jackie Gleason Show in The Honeymooners.  The show was initially very popular but dropped off and only made 39 episodes.  It was on the air from 1955 until 1956.

The doll was made in 1998 by Exclusive Premiere / Exclusive Toy Products in a Limited Edition Collector’s Series that included the dolls Ed  Norton (Art Carney), Alice Kramden (Audrey Meadows) ,  and  Ralph Kramden (Jackie Gleason).

The Art Carney celebrity action figure wears belted brown pants with a brown and white plaid vest over a white shirt.  The brown hat and brown penny loafers with white socks are permanently molded as part of the body.  The doll moves 90 degrees at the knees, elbows, hips and shoulders.  The neck only goes back and forth.
