The Joey Lawrence celebrity doll depicts him at 16 in the character Joey Russo from the television series Blossom.  Blossom was an American comedy-drama series broadcast from 1990 to 1995 on NBC. The series stars Mayim Bialik as Blossom Russo, a teenage girl living with her father and two brothers Anthony and Joey .

The doll was manufactured in 1993 by Tyco Industries under licensed from Touchtone Pictures and Television.  Included in the Blossom series dolls were made for the characters Blossom Russo (Mayim Bialik) and Six LeMeure  (Jenna von Oÿ) .

The Joey Lawrence doll outfit is reminiscent of the 90’s grunge look and signature Joey Russo.  The doll is wearing  jeans with holes in the knees, a white t-shirt, and a chained, studded faux leather jacket.  The plaid shirt tied around the waist is a fake shirt of a flat piece of plaid material knotted at the waist.  A miniature chain link bracelet is around his right wrist and a gold rink is molded onto his left hand.  Around his neck looks to be a fake crystal pendant.
