The Halle Berry celebrity doll depicts her at 40 years old as Bond girl Giacinta “Jinx” Johnson in the 2002 spy film Die Another Day , the twentieth film in the James Bond series.  The Black Label Barbie was made in 2009 by Mattel as part of five dolls in the Barbie Loves Bond Collection.  The doll was designed by Linda Kyaw.

Halle Berry is an American actress who got her start as a beauty queen.  She continues to be the only black actress to win an Oscar as a leading actress and first woman of color, when she won in 2002 for the film Monster’s Ball. She has appeared and starred in both television and film and continues to be one of the highest paid woman actors in Hollywood.

Die Another Day finds James Bond joining forces with Jinx, an  NSA spy. Brave, bold, and beautiful, she is Bond’s perfect match. Together, they save the world from terrorists and an orbiting space laser. Barbie® doll pays tribute to a favorite Bond girl, dressed in a re-creation of Jinx’s swim suit.

The Halle Berry Jinx doll comes wearing only her signature orange bikini and a white weapon belt.

The top ties around the neck with an orange ribbon bow and a hook in the back strap.  The white pleather belt (now peeling from age, but white material underneath so still looks okay once peeled off.  Keep the rivets and glue them back on as they come off with the pleather) with knife holder decorated with a silver buckle and tiny silver rivets. It can be removed by a small Velcro attachment in the back.  The brown handled, silver plastic knife is tacked in with white thread but it can be removed.  No shoes but the finger nails and toe nails are painted with a metallic rose paint.

The face is painted with brown eyes, silver and smokey eye shadow with a few real long side eyelashes glued on to the outside of the lash area.  The lips are lined with a darker rose around shiny rose closed lips.  Small plastic gold posts are in the ears. The hairstyle is short rooted hair with a curl down the forehead and heavily applied product to keep it in place.

The body is a bent arm Barbie Model Muse with articulation only at the head, shoulders, and hips.  The arms and one leg are in a fixed bent position.
