The Venus Williams celebrity doll depicts her as herself, a 20 year old tennis champion. Williams has won numerous Grand Slam championships in singles and in doubles with her sister Serena. She also won four Olympic gold medals: one in singles in 2000 and three in doubles in 2000, 2008 and 2012.  She won a silver in mixed doubles in 2016.

The Venus Williams celebrity doll was manufactured by Play Along Toys in 2000.  The doll sold on its own and also came in a set with her sister Serena Williams and was called Venus & Serena ‘Grand Slam’ Champions. The dolls came with all the accessories and clothing for playing tennis: racket, balls, visor, sports bag, and tennis shoes.
