The Dwight D. Eisenhower celebrity doll depicts him as himself the 34th president of the United States from 1953 to 1961. The talking action figure was made by ToyPresidents, Inc. in 2005.

I feel very highly privileged and honored to welcome the 49th state into the union. Such a ceremony has not taken place in almost half a century.
All 49 states will join in welcoming the new one, Hawaii, to this union. We will wish for her prosperity, security, and happiness, and a growing closer relationship with all of the other states.
The atomic age has moved forward at such a pace that every citizen of the world should have some comprehension, at least in comparative terms, of the extent of this development.
Occasional pages of history do record the faces of the great destroyers, but the whole book of history reveals mankind’s never-ending quest for peace and mankind’s god-given capacity to build.
The United States knows that peaceful power from the atomic energy is no dream of the future. That capability, already proved, is her, now, today.
For we do not accept the use of force as a wise or proper instrument for the settlement of international disputes.
Destiny has laid upon our country the responsibility of the free world’s leadership.
Common sense and common decency alike dictate the futility of appeasement. We shall never try to placate an aggressor by the fault and wicked bargain of trading honor for security.
We reject any insinuation that one race or another, one people or another, is in any sense inferior or expendable.
A people that values its privileges above its principles soon loses both.
Especially we pray that our concerns shall be for all the people, regardless of station, race or calling.
Whatever America hopes to bring to pass in the world, must first come to pass in the heart of America.
We pray that peoples of all faiths, all races, all nations, may have their great human needs satisfied.

The Eisenhower talking action figure is dressed in a complete 1:6 scale 1960’s period 3-piece suit. It includes a black lined orange brown suit jacket with tiny brown buttons and snap closures, brown silk tie, white cotton collared shirt with gold faux cuff-links , snap closures and elastic that holds the shirt between the legs. Underneath is a lined matching brown orange vest and matching slightly front plaited suit pants. On the feet are are black plastic men’s dress shoes over black knit socks. Toypresidents comes through with a special Westpoint pair of light blue cotton boxers with the all capital black font design.
All the clothes are removable.The doll has grayish black molded hair with a bald spot on the top/back of the head .
The talking action figure plays 30 different speech segments and phrases in President Eisenhower’s voice through a front speaker when you press on the lapel.

The doll is fully articulated at the neck wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, waist, hips, knees, and ankles. Head goes side to side and tilts. Waist twists with a little bend up and down. Shoulders and hips rotate 360 degrees. A three LR44 battery compartment is on the back with a stamped Toypresidents . On the front chest is the play button lined up where the lapel sits and holes for the speaker.
